This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services, and websites offered by America The Lost or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies except any company that is not directly related to America The Lost, but may be mentioned or advertised by us either on or off this website.

Where more detailed information is needed to explain specific privacy policies for an event or item, we will post appropriate privacy amendments to describe how particular services process personal information. These amendments will be posted under “privacy” as necessary, and will include links to the privacy policies of non-associated companies as needed.

There are times that America The Lost and our website will collect information for varied uses. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:

• Comment submission forms, email contact forms, and the America The Lost forum collect your email address and your IP address upon your submission of information.
• Our web stats software collects information about the type of internet browser you’re using, your general location, and where you’ve clicked a link or image on our site. This particular information is for statistical purposes only, and contains no personally identifiable information about you specifically.
• In the event of a giveaway or contest, we will need to collect your shipping information and telephone number if you have been selected to receive an item. At such times, you will be required to accept and adhere to the privacy policy of the sponsor/distributor participating in the giveaway. Entering a contest or giveaway on America The Lost means you consent to accepting additional privacy policy details.

America The Lost does not collect personally identifiable information without your permission. You must physically enter that information on the website yourself, or respond to an email from us with that information. Doing so means you have chosen to accept the terms of this privacy policy.

America The Lost reserves the right to retain any and all information collected or submitted to us via web site or email. We will comply with government agency investigations should the need arise, upon their request for any and all information collected in any manner.
