The original post, Why I Hate The Macbook Pro, was a terrible truth of peril about two years of struggling with a bad machine. It should be know that after two weeks of discussions and phone calls with the executive customer service team, the situation has been completely rectified. The responsible parties for fixing my dilemma are Jazz J. at Apple corporate, Leigh and CE at the Crossgates Mall store in Albany, NY. My faith in Apple has been completely restored, and the people involved are truly masters of customer service, that should be rewarded highly.
