Mission

America The Lost was spawned from and idea that my father and I dreamt up. Originally he and I were going to take a motorcycle photographic trip the full length of Rt.66, just the two of us on Harley Davidson’s with a couple of cameras. In the end if we had enough images to build a book that three or four people would buy we would put it together.

America has begun to completely give way to urban sprawl, and corporations like Walmart are taking over what used to be a “land of opportunity” and making the American dream into the “American fantasy”. My dream itself has become increasingly more difficult to achieve over the years, and it is certain that more and more people are giving up on their dreams every day.

We are here to highlight those that are still an inspiration, still making the dream happen. We are also here to highlight the places that our country once was, and expose America for what it used to be. Follow me as I continue to make my own dreams come true, and follow the people that we believe are making their dreams come true.

America The Lost will be packed with travel tips, inspirational stories, events, interviews, rants and so much more. The simple purpose of America the lost is to inspire, and enlighten you.

Maybe we can give your dreams a little kick in the pants to get ‘em goin as well.
